Something happened today which made me even more sure that this is seriously not the place for me.. I just have something to say to that certain black individual:

Christmas came in early!!! Look what came in!
This is probably the first time and the last time the company ever buys us designers something good.
A MAC PRO!
According to my colleague, this is the world's best com ever. 'God-like' to be more exact. Even that got me, the Apple idiot, all excited as I pulled the machine out of its box and unwrapped the contents. I have to admit, I was kind of expecting to find an Autobots logo somewhere on this thing.
What surprised me even more was that this was actually DHL-ed over all the way from the US. I mean, don't they have Mac Pros in Singapore?? My colleague also got a spanking new iMac so now, all the designers officially work using macs.
What's gotten into my boss? I'll never know.

I finally understand how 2-faced some people can really be. Trust me to be so naive, least to carry some hope that this place is not all that bad, to at lease see and feel a little appreciated, but only to have my little bubble of hope burst by the harsh reality. I'm searching..
Searching for another reason to carry on struggling, cause right now, all I can see is me drowning..

Went for the DaVinci Exhibition at the Science Centre and I have got to admit that it has been AGES since I last stepped foot there... The exhibition was pretty interesting cause they actually analyzed the Mona Lisa and what went wrong and blah plus did you know that Da Vinci was not only an artist, he was also an inventor who was pretty much interested in physics and bolts and gears and all those physics stuff? So yeah.. Pretty neat stuff.
Science Centre on the other hand was a wayyy different experience. Most of the stuff hasn't changed, but they added new sections and what do you know? They teach you how babies are made there!!!
Cool right? So next time you don't wanna answer the question that all parents apprently dread, bring your kids there and force them to read all about it...

After growing up listening to classic songs like 'Childhood', and 'Black or White', it really is quite sad to know that the King of Pop has passed away after suffering a heart attack. And to think he was practicing hard for his upcoming world tour...
I guess no one really expected him to leave so suddenly so when news his death reached my ears, I was kind of shocked.. It's only when someone dies then do they become
a Legend.
