this is what the inside looks like. two rows of shops shops and more shops.
my mum and her holy water..
next was ueno which is smthg like this huge huge pasar malam where they sell all the seafood and stuff, so my mum bought like two big bags of food. that was probably all that we did on the first day cause we were too tired. the next day, we met up with my mum's friend and we went around with them cause her bro lived in jap for like two years already so yeah. went to hakone for more sight seeing and the best part was that there were eggs to be eaten. eggs that were cooked at the hot springs so yeah. climbed up some mountain breathed in sulpur filled air, just to get to the black eggs. ha fun though.
the mountain right at the back with the clouds is mt fuji. (view from the cable car)
that night was kinda scary cause my bro and i felt the hotel shaking but my mum and sister felt nothing and guess what? in the morning, my mum's friend told us that there was an earthquake though minor and japan sooo happens to be the land of natural disasters and earthquakes so yea. we were kinda freaked but that didnt stopp us.
third day was at tokyo tower where they had this trick museum and my sister and bro did all kinds of stupid stuff. hah and we went to ueno again cause we didnt finish it on the first day but befor e that, we dropped my bro off at akihabara which is like sim lim jap style. all the damn cool eletronics that singapore doesn't have. tempted by all the phones and mp3 players. if im not wrong, they already have a xbox 360 or smthg and the graphics are to die for. i even know what the latest game there is. kingdom hearts or smthg. beat that. hah
my bro was probably the happiest one cause after his trip to akihabara, he came back with 7-8 toys. all gundam. some for his friends some for himself and the best part or so he claims is that all are almost half price than in singapore. dunno what high grade, master grade and whatever. he bought like four for himself lah. hmmm oh we went to the fish market too. supposedly to see the bidding for the fishes and stuff but unfortunately, the bidding is not opened for viewing so we just went to see what it was like. real eye opener though. everything there is huge. even the crows there are HUGE!
the rest of osaka was basically the same and i don't really have pictures cause i didn't bring my camera out so yeah.. only one thing to say. i love denny's. my favourite resturant.
