im broke. we have to pay $200 for our own fusion show. how's that? after killing us with assignments, they decide to rob us of our allowance. rightfinally watched memoirs with marshie at causeway point. and in case ur wondering what the hell am i doing at such a place, for starters, i have never been to causeway point and secondly, there was the chingay so orchard is probably gonna be people mountain people sea. anyway, its probably a good reason to accompany siti back cause she wasnt feeling very well today. headed to sch to do our pitch presentation which is on mon and then met marshie to watch the show. overall, its a damn good show and i loved it, except the few minor parts that were different from the book, the whole thing was good. but er er one thing that i couldnt help noticing was that in the book, nobusan has one arm. his other arm was blasted off during the war but suddenly in the show, he sprouts another arm and the only defect that he has is his rumpily skin. like.. okie.. he has two hands.. now that's wierd. well, can't compare the book to the show cause the book is wayyyy better. besides the bad english, gong li was excellent. her eyes speak tonnes man and she looks gorgeous even with the slightest makeup. im just biased. whatever. i still love her. ha the set was also really good and i think the part which made me really like.. wha was the part where zhang ziyi had to dance in these really really high, chunky clogs? (is that what they're called?) i mean they are like 12 inches high or smthg lah. might as well strap logs to her feet and make her prance around. sheesh. and then she steps off them and falls to her knees. bends backwards and her head almost touches the floor. wait let me rephrase that. it touches the floor. does this girl have a backbone?? now that's what i call tofu. loved it!
