Alrighty! While waiting for the video to load, I shall chuck in some crap about the wedding since I was too lazy to do it before.
So anyway, the wedding is finally over. After almost 8 whole months of preparations, the big day came and it was a day of nerves. For both the bride and the family of the bride, probably cause its been a long time since something
THIS BIG actually happened in this boring family of mine. It's kinda fun I guess, cause the last time we had an event like this was like what?
Almost 15 years ago??? So yeah. Well, to put things in a simplier way, it was good fun.
Yours truly, together with my two other cousins and my sister were the bridesmaid aka
sai kang warriors. heh. Being a bridesmaid is not an easy job and it is even tougher to be rushing around, in three inch heels whose straps cut into your feet which unfortunately do not have soles like nike shoes. In other words, IT HURTS!! Ah.. but it doesn't matter I guess, we were too busy to be fussing over our own feet. Got up at an unrurly hour of
4.30 am and cabbed down to my grandmother's house. Had some time to grab a bite before the groom came to steal the bride. Oh and did I mention that I don't really like my new cousins?
My auntie is step mother to her husband's two sons who, in my case are jabronies. Younger Jabronie is 17 but a retainie at ACS and Older Jabronie is the same age as my sister. So yeah. From the looks of it, my whole family, extended family included, doesn't really like the two jabronies. Their dad is perfectly fine, so god knows what happened to his sons. haha. So don't blame me for being anti-ACS cause it is just proven, courtesy of ahem, that ACS boys are all macho shit and they talk shite, act all shitty and are rude jabronies. (you get my hint as to how much I like my 'new' cousins)
So basically, the whole day was busy busy busy, with the sai kang warriors doing this and that, taking the church decorations down in our gowns and suits and by the time that was done, this is how we looked like:

and guess what? it is only the first part of the wedding!!
But everyone looked fab the guys looked like penguins with their yellow ties (my auntie said it was compulsory for the guys to wear champaign ties so she bought them ties which in everyone's opinion were yellow ties but to her were champaign gold so.... ahem.) But it was a nice change to see them in something different other than jeans t-shirts. Ladies, looked gorgeous nonetheless. Haha. So yeah. I'm kinda lazy to blog about the rest but dinner was a blast, the marriott food is great although the grand ballroom is a little small. The decorations were beautiful, the bride was gorgeous, everything was sooo wha.... and yeah you get the drift.
The vocab for this entry is anything that describes beautiful, awesome, gorgeous and blah blah blah.
till then.. =]
